Design is printed on Front of pillow cover, rich, white velveteen on back. Color may be slightly different than whats represented on your screen. Different computer monitors, slight variations in fabric printing etc.

Our pillows are printed and sewn by hand in Montreal (Canada), by our manufacturer, which ships from both Canada and the USA. This means that Canadian and American customers never have to pay duties or customs fees since we handle the border crossing ourselves.
Currently US and international orders (excluding orders to the UK) are shipped on Tuesdays from within the USA. Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped within the USA. International orders generally take 6-10 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. All orders shipped from the USA will have a tracking number that can be tracked with the USPS.
Orders for Canadian customers ship within 2-8 business days of the order being placed.
Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days.
Orders to United Kingdom customers ship from Canada to help avoid customs fees charged by Royal Mail. Standard delivery time is 6-12 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country. Unfortunately, we cannot help cover these fees so please check with your local post office before placing an order.

All payments must be received at the time of purchase. If your payment does not go through immediately, your item will not be shipped until your payment clears.

Prints are sent without insurance or tracking so if an upgrade is needed, including rush orders, let me know before purchase and I'll be happy to set that up for you. I would happily send any package as a gift to a different address as well.
PILLOW COVERS AND SCARVES:
Pillow covers and scarves are shipped directly from my manufacturers in Montreal. Their company name is on the packaging and not mine. Production time can vary from 5-7 business days. Their shipping times are 3-5 business days for Canadian orders and 3-7 business days for US orders. Tracking is available.

At this time, Dayna Lee Collection does not provide refunds. If your item arrives damaged, a new copy will be sent upon receiving photo of damaged item.
I will always do everything in my power to make your experience with my shop a good one. As some things are out of my control when something is shipped directly from my manufacturer, I will always replace a damaged item by sending your photo of the item to my manufacturer. Customer Service is incredibly important to me, and I hope you always give me a chance to fix any situation.
